There are many options and paths someone can take in choosing to go to college or not but a question to ask is, is it worth it? If the decision is made to go to college then one of the first things to decide on is an area of study and then looking into where that topic of study is available, which can be a big undertaking. Some options that are out there are a four year college, community colleges and vocational or technical schools. If they do get that education, they make more money in their field of study and they learn more by getting that bachelor’s degree. Putting a cost on that is pointless. Thinking about getting a job in the field that has been chosen has to weigh on students minds, think about all of the students that think being a doctor or a lawyer might be their ticket to success. So consider this when thinking being a lawyer is the way to go, about 50,000 student graduate with a law degree, but there are only 30,000 positions available. Maybe consider a career where you learn more with on the job type training and choosing an area with high demand for that area would be a better option, like computer programmers. All in all learning should be the most important part of this and if other things happen during the process, like making more money or receiving a certain status by having that degree then so be it. Parabola along with his supporting parties filed an election disputes to Constitutional Court, though the court finally rejected their petition. In parliament, the parties that were supporting Parabola also took several actions that made Indonesian politics became unstable. They asked the Parliament legalize the draft of a Law regarding the local elections. In this new law, direct elections for provincial governors, district chiefs and mayors were eliminated, replaced by appointment by local elected legislatures. There were many opinions from local or international institutions aid that this was a big hit for Indonesian democracy.
